The International Nits Convension was a special day. Having started life in 1974, Nits had been celebrating their 30th anniversary. The band has transformed a few times during its life and on this day, most of the previous band members were there to perform. It was a unique opportunity to capture Nits as they were now and had been in the past.

The concert was filmed with a Sony PD150 and a Canon consumer camera. This time, we filmed the band with their permission.

The film was released on DVD in the summer of 2005. It was an Oktober Films release, authorised by the band. The only condition we had to honour was to only cover our costs and not make a profit. We made just over 100 DVDs and they sold out in a few days.
